Product Applications

This cable is a continuous-flex PVC control shielded cable suitable for drag chain systems with a small bend radius. Designed specifically for applications requiring high bending and continuous motion, it is widely used in drag chain systems, robotics, and mobile drive systems. Compared to ordinary cables, this type of cable features: high flexibility, resistance to oil, shallow water, moisture, UV rays, and weathering, as well as low-temperature and abrasion resistance and the ability to withstand heavy mechanical forces. It also offers faster acceleration and greater flex resistance than ordinary flexible cables. The integral bare copper or tinned copper braided shield provides strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable data and signal transmission without compromising the precise control performance of the highly flexible cable.

Insulation Material: Modified HDPE (suitable for signal transmission cables)
